“EASTER FLOWERS”
at St Thomas a Becket church
It is time once again to remind everyone of the custom in our parish at “Eastertide” when donations are welcomed in memory of departed loved ones.
The money received is used to purchase flowers so that we may make the church look beautiful at Easter in memory of those we loved and cared for.
Donations may be passed to either Brenda Parry (742800) or Stop Press, if possible before 20th March 2018 (Easter is earlier this year) so that we may order the flowers in good time.
Very many thanks Brenda Parry

Sisters of the Church
URGENT EASTER EGG APPEAL
In addition to the weekly food parcels handed out to homeless and needy callers each week the Sisters distribute Easter Eggs to the children during Holy Week.
The Eggs, like the food, are donated by us and other parishes.
Again, we aim to provide 50 eggs.
The Sisters need our contributions by Wed 20th March so we need ours by Sunday 18th March
Sorry it’s such short notice but I’m sure we can do it! Robin
